Laws need to change, be reconsidered regarding ai and human’s rights. The legality of present agreements under what technology could do before should not suffice on what technology can do now. In other words, you should have to sign & pay for lifetime use of someone’s likeness just as you would if they had to show up to work for a lifetime.

They should be in control of their person until they lease their likeness out to someone to create works of art with it. The laws govern the people, for the people, not against. New rules and laws need to be set when technology provides new allowances. Had technology been able to recreate in the past as it can now, people, and their attorneys would’ve negotiated differently.

However, they negotiated according to technologies abilities at the time, and we should not wait until this affects a person of power before we, those in authority and the powers that be decide to respect one’s ownership of their person and their likeness.
