Master Kevin Thompson began Karate as a young boy. He has created his own karate system and has trained hundreds of people interested in following his style of sparring, kata forms and weapons kata. Known to his students as Asatida, teacher, he continues to instruct and watch many pull through the ranks to achieve a black belt to which I can attest, DID NOT COME LIGHTLY~they EARN that black belt.
A loving husband, father, brother and son, friend, teacher and humble gentleman, he’s also achieved: 4 time World Champion Martial Artist, 7th Degree Black Belt with over 40 years of martial arts training, Black Belt Hall of Fame Inductee since 1989. On the National and International martial arts circuits, they call him the “Total Package”, because he does it all.
